Deposit Policies
All reservations will require either a credit card guarantee or a check deposit in the amount of one night's room and tax plus applicable tax.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations canceled after September 10, 2007 will result in forfeiture either of a check deposit or credit card charge in the amount of one night's room plus applicable occupancy tax. Should you fail to arrive on the confirmed arrival date, your credit card will be charged for one night's room plus applicable tax or your deposit check will be forfeited. Additionally, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
