Yes
Q. Is there an age restriction?
Children 13 and under require parental supervision. Due to safety regulations, strollers are not permitted on the exhibit floor.

Q. How many badges are allotted to an exhibiting company?
Every exhibiting company is allotted a given number of badges based on the company's square footage. The badge allotment table is listed below:

Q. I need to pick-up my exhibitor badge, where do I go?
All badges requested prior to September 1 will be sent via Fed-Ex to the Exhibitor Badge Contact specified upon registration. All badges requested after the September 1, 2008 deadline will be available for on-site pick-up at Exhibitor Registration located in the West Hall Lobby of the Los Angeles Convention Center. Photo identification must be presented before obtaining badges.

Q. Is electricity included in the cost of my booth space?
Electricity must be ordered separately through the Los Angeles Convention Center's Electrical Department.
Q. I need to order Internet, material handling, furniture, catering, etc. Who do I contact?
For all of your service needs, please refer to the Vendor Contact Information and Order Forms page of the Exhibitor Services Manual.

Q. May I video-tape or take photographs at the show?
You may photograph your own booth space; however, you must obtain permission from other exhibitors if you wish to photograph their booths.
Q. May I work after the published set-up/tear down hours are over?
You may continue working on your exhibit once the set-up/tear down hours are over. You simply need to notify Exposition Management/Security of who is working in your booth and approximately how late they will be staying.

Q. What is the first date that direct shipments to the Los Angeles Convention Center will be accepted?
Direct shipments to the Los Angeles Convention Center may arrive beginning September 30, 2008.
Q. Can I use booth service vendors other than the official vendors listed in the exhibitor manual?
You may contract with any vendor you choose for services such as photography, floral, computer rental, etc., as long as Exposition Management receives a copy of each vendor's insurance certificate. Exhibitors may not use any contractor other than the official show vendor for drayage, booth cleaning, rigging, electrical, catering or telephone services. The 'Notification of Intent to Use an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor' form is located the Service Kit.
Q. Do I need to use Union Labor to set-up/tear down my booth?
One full-time employee of each exhibiting company can set up display in 1/2 hour without the use of tools. However, exhibitor personnel cannot set-up their own exhibit display and floor covering within the confines of their contracted exhibit area without labor personnel, if it exceeds 30 minutes or the use of more than one person or tools. Material, product, equipment handling to and from the dock area and the exhibit space must be performed exclusively by labor personnel employed by GES Exposition Services. GES will also operate forklifts, cranes, and all other equipment for the unloading and reloading of all display materials.
Q. What is the maximum size allowed for hanging signs or structures?
Island and Peninsula booths can hang signs or structures which are set back 5 feet from the perimeter of your booth no larger than 1/2 the length and 1/2 the width of their booth. More information is located the Service Kit.
Q. What is the maximum height that my tower can reach?
Please refer to the Service Kit for more information regarding Booth Guidelines. All booths over 12' require LACC Building and Safety Permit.
Q. How do I access the pre-registered press/analyst list?
