Exhibitor Registration

Welcome To E for All 2008 Exhibitor Registration!

There are Three Easy Ways to register your Booth Personnel:

* ON-LINE - prior to September 1, 2008.

Your company's Key Contact will be supplied with log-in information which will grant access to the exhibitor registration area. Only the company's key contact will be allowed to register booth personnel.

Badges for personnel names entered prior to the September 1 deadline will be sent via Federal Express to the Exhibitor Badge Contact.

Please Note: If you make edits and additions to your exhibitor allotment after the deadline, these badges can be picked up on-site at Exhibitor Registration located in the West Hall Lobby.

Complete the Exhibitor Registration Form along with your list of exhibitors, and fax to the E For All registration center at (805) 654-1676 by the September 1 deadline.

All lists received prior to this deadline will have badges produced and sent to the designated Exhibitor Badge Contact via Federal Express. Further additions or edits made after the deadline should be completed On-line. Badges for edits and additions made after the September 1 deadline must be picked up on-site at Exhibitor Registration located in the West Hall Lobby.

Only the company's key contact will be allowed to edit/add booth personnel.

Further additions and/or edits made after the September 1 deadline should be completed On-line. Only the company's Key Contact will be allowed to edit/add booth personnel. Badges for edits and additions made after the September 1 deadline must be picked up on-site at Exhibitor Registration located in the West Hall Lobby.

All badges for personnel names entered prior to the September 1 deadline will be sent via Federal Express to the Exhibitor Badge contact that you indicate on your Information Form.

Exhibitor Registration Information

Exhibitor Badges:

Exhibitor Badges/Holders will be sent via FedEx to the Exhibitor Badge Contact for all exhibit staff registered prior to the September 1 deadline. The Exhibitor badge allows access to the show floor Friday, October 3 through Sunday, October 5. It also allows access to the show floor two hours BEFORE the opening and one hour AFTER the close on show open dates. Exhibitor badges are strictly for exhibitor personnel working in your company's booth during the show. For security reasons, these badges are not to be utilized for clients, friends, etc., who are not working the booth.

Set-Up/Tear Down Wristbands:

In addition to Exhibitor Badges, each exhibitor will be eligible to receive an allotment of Set-UP/Tear-Down wristbands for exhibitors and exhibitor-appointed contractors (EAC's). Wristbands should be used on Set-Up and Tear Down days when the show floor is not open. Wristbands are available on-site at the Security offices in West Hall. Exhibitor badges do NOT allow access to the floor on set-up and tear-down days. No Exhibitor badges or wristbands will be made available to Exhibitors who have failed to turn in their liability insurance certificate. Wristbands are valid during show Set-Up/Tear Down days only. Exhibitor Badge Allotment:

All exhibiting companies are allotted a given number of exhibitor badges based on the company's square footage on the show floor. The badge allotment table is listed below:
