Insurance Requirement

In 2008, IDG World Expo requires that all exhibiting companies carry Commercial Liability Insurance with a limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate. This insurance must be in force during the lease dates of the event, September 30, 2008-October 6, 2008.

Proof of this insurance must be furnished to IDG World Expo at least 30 days prior to occupancy and NO LATER THAN September 1, 2008. Failure to provide proof of insurance will result in an exhibitor not being allowed to participate in E for All Expo.

The Certificate of Liability Insurance should list as additional insureds: IDG World Expo, International Data Group, Inc., GES Exposition Services, and Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC).

If you do not hold adequate insurance, we have consulted an insurance agency that will assist you in securing the appropriate insurance coverage. If you already have liability insurance, please ignore this step and provide proof of adequate coverage to IDG World Expo by September 3, 2008.
