could we buy games, consoles, accessories, items, etc. at the expo? or is the expo just for trying tthem out and there arent any purchasing allowed?

Don't expect to be able to purchase any of the items you listed other than "items", which would probably be just the E4 brand merch thats available here on the site. I've never been to an expo/trade show that had product available from the exhibitors. Selling items isn't their reason for being at shows like this and you can buy that stuff as soon as you get home anyways.
