The forthcoming entry to the acclaimed Resident Evil series looks to take the franchise in a whole new direction. It's been said that the game will feature Gears of War style game play similar to that of Resident Evil 4. Resident Evil 5 takes place in a Black Hawk Down-style African village where heat and shade factor into the strategy of the game. Chris Redfield is the central character this time, but he's joined by a newcomer, Shiva.
